TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Alpine Amy Photography will provide an agreed upon still photographer and/or videographer as mentioned above. In the event, for any reason they are unable to perform their duties on the stated time and date, an alternate will be assigned. If an alternate is unavailable, then Alpine Photography limits its liability to all payments returned.

2. If contracted,Alpine Amy Photography photographers and/or videographers shall be the only professional photographers and/or videographers at the event. Amateur photographers/videographers are welcome.(Amateur photographers shooting during the formal session is unadvisable for they may greatly delay the session and distract the subjects.

3. Alpine Amy Photography takes utmost care with respect to exposure,development, and delivery of photographs and video. However, in the event that Alpine Amy Photography fails to comply with the terms of this contract, for any reason, Alpine Amy Photography`s liability is limited to the refunding of all payments.

4. In the event of postponement or cancellation of the wedding, all payments paid are non-refundable.

5. Model release: Alpine Amy Photography may only make reproductions for the Client or for Alpine Amy Photography`s portfolio, samples, or self-promotions, or for professional competition and review.

6. This written agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the client and Alpine Amy Photography. No other representations,oral,or otherwise are included within this agreement.
